The event

The format of the Awards celebration is similar to that of previous years, including its successful mix of speakers, entertainers and lively presentations. We are planning for 350 to 400 guests, comprising of retirement housing residents, managers and developers.

Booking your place

We invite all national winners to book tables for the event where they will be presented with their awards.

Regional winners are also welcome and will be included in the celebrations. Sponsors will attend with their guests.

Anyone is welcome, although priority is given to residents and management of the winning schemes.

The Sheridan Suite in Manchester is “one of the largest and most dynamic event spaces in the North West.”

With the 2019 Housing for Older People Awards being larger than ever before, we have selected a venue that we feel matches our ambitions.

11:25: Keynote Speaker, John Power (Strategic Development Director, Legal & General)

11:40: Jon Hammond MC presents the new 9 heroes awards

12:10: Lunch; live music with Mamba Rumba
