EAC Housing Awards 2011
This year’s awards have attracted 65% more entries than last year! 857 groups of residents, over 3500 residents, have taken part in this year’s nomination game and returned their completed score sheets to EAC.

34 finalist schemes have been selected from the 402 schemes nominated by a total of 3517 residents. On 3rd February 2011, at Ascot Racecourse, all finalists became winners of a bronze, silver or gold award, the latter accompanied by a cheque for £250.

Digital Inclusion in Retirement
Residents, visitors, staff and volunteers had the opportunity to nominate their hero: someone who is essential to the high quality of life in their housing scheme.
Nine heroes, predominantly scheme managers, were announced at the Awards, where 6 of them were presented with their certificate.
