EAC Housing Awards 2015
360 housing schemes – a record number – were nominated by 4,069 residents in this year’s UK-wide consultation.

The 29 gold, silver and bronze award winners and 40 highly commended schemes – all listed below – were announced at the Awards celebrations at the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester on 17th February 2016. The 290 guests, half of them residents of the winning schemes, were welcome by the Lord Mayor of the City of Manchester. Everyone enjoyed Anne Widdecombe’s impromptus, and was entertained by comedian Mrs Barbara Nice. The keynote speech was delivered by Bernie Hickman of Legal & General, the event’s main sponsor.
In addition, Legal & General presented special Awards to 3 housing providers for the extensive use they have made of EAC’s Resident Consultation Service to inform their service development. These were: Milton Keynes Council, South Northants Homes and Wiltshire County Council
