In Greater London 1,111 residents, visitors, volunteers and on-site staff cast their votes for the Awards. They represent 74 developments, schemes, courts and estates managed by 26 housing providers.
An amazing turnout at Kingsley Court in Edgware guaranteed regional housing provider Network Homes an Award, and with strong performances also by other London providers Gateway, Catalyst, Notting Hill Genesis, Christian Action and Origin housing associations, Hounslow Council and Hammersmith United Charities.
National providers doing well in London included Anchor Hanover, Millstream Management and Housing & Care 21, plus late but very welcome arrival Family Mosaic.
