Looking back at the 2019 Awards

A record 19,000 votes were cast by residents, families, visitors and staff of 1,220 retirement housing schemes and developments across the UK.

The 2019 Awards yielded were 9 national heroes, 299 regional awards winners and 27 national awards winners.

The Awards were celebrated on 21st May 2019 at the Sheridan Suite in Manchester. The 400 guests, welcomed by Cllr Abid Latiff, Lord mayor of Manchester, enjoyed an elegant lunch, exciting awards presentations, topical speeches, the wit and wisdom of broadcaster Jennie Bond and the riotous entertainment of Janice Connolly aka Mrs Barbara Nice.
