In Scotland 508 residents, visitors, volunteers and on-site staff have cast their votes. They represent 48 developments, schemes, courts and estates managed by 12 housing providers.
Local housing providers were strongly supported by those who voted, and this is reflected in the Scotland award winners. Congratulations first to Abbeyfield Stirling and Abbeyfield Scotland, whose family scale accommodation and supportive on-site managers is clearly much valued by residents as well as their families and visitors. Well done too to Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership and South Ayrshire Council.
Bield Housing & Care is the only Scotland-wide housing provider represented in the awards this year, but especially welcome for that.
